Because Group Coaching Circles recognizes different leaders require different perspectives and insights, we ensure admitted Members are just right for their peer group. We connect to understand where you are in the evolution of your career or business to match you with the right Circle.
Identify Blind-Spots
Each Group Coaching Circles Member will take a proprietary, science-based assessment to ensure they have full visibility to their individual natural strengths and potential strengths, opportunities and blind-spots. Unlike other coaching programs that utilize only subjective measurement, Members have the benefit of objective measurement to assist in determining appropriate evolution and success. Members gain clear visibility to their blind-spots. Each will work with their Group Coaching Circles Coach to define the definition of success for them.
Solve Challenges
As leaders, you have already demonstrated your intuition and skill. What Group Coaching Circles provides is your very own coach and private Board of Advisors to add perspective and insight to the many challenging, tough and harder-right issues and decisions you will have to grapple with and make. GCC sharpens your skill and deepens your insight for enhanced intuition as you face new and more challenging problems.
